Will take place at Swissotel in Lima - Peru on March 22nd and 23rd, 2007, in plenary and parallel sessions.

To promote educational loans for students thus improving their access to high education in Latin America and the Caribbean by sharing successful experiences and resources with the leaders and experts in the financing of tertiary education.
